Jonathan Dyer has a BSc (Hons) in Banking & Finance and 30+ years’ experience in corporate and investment banking, commercial and real estate banking and leveraged finance. He has built, grown and restructured businesses in global corporate banking and leveraged finance for NatWest Markets and Rothschild and in corporate, commercial, real estate and energy & infrastructure banking for Santander (Managing Director and Exco Credit Committee member) and AIB (Head of UK Corporate Banking, SMF and member of Exco).
Prior to founding Impact Capital, he spent 12 months as a consultant to ASG Finance, a commercial bridging lender, building a growth strategy and external funding options, where he delivered over £300m of banking and institutional funding offers and developed a new investment product aimed at attracting High Net Worth investors, including Foreign Direct Investment.
Andrew Ward has an Economics degree, also with over 30 years of commercial lending experience. He started his career in asset-based lending and invoice discounting with Five Arrows, GE and Credit Agricole, before leaving to start a number of highly successful businesses as founder & CEO. These included independent companies and divisions of large multinational credit funds. Their activities covered all areas of commercial and asset-based lending as well as deal structuring, consultancy and restructuring, providing innovative funding and support across the UK commercial market.
Prior to founding Impact Capital, he spent two years as Managing Director at Hilco Real Estate Finance, part of the global Hilco organisation, where he focussed on UK strategy and business development, providing flexible and bespoke finance solutions across various UK real estate sectors, and delivering multi-millions worth of new lending.
